1. Eligibility & Accounts

Access to Hazard Terrain is provisioned by your client or jurisdiction administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or rate limits.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Use the platform only for legitimate emergency management and planning purposes.

3. Customer Data

Your organization retains ownership of data it submits. You grant Hazard Terrain the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and display Customer Data solely to provide the platform.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency security work may occur.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate access in accordance with the governing subscription agreement. We may suspend access for security incidents, unpaid fees, or material breach.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. Hazard Terrain is a decision-support tool; it does not replace professional emergency management judgment or official regulatory determinations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your organization's master subscription agreement.
